The restaurant is relaxed and elegant and overlooks the formal gardens. It offers the very best of modern Irish cuisine always using the finest local and seasonal produce. A selection of vegan, vegetarian and low calorie options are available.
Breakfast is served daily in The Bell Tower. In the evening, the restaurant offers an extensive menu, with a carefully chosen wine list, compiled by our award-winning in-house Sommelière, Sandra Biret-Crowley.
All food is prepared by Head Chef Kevin Burke and his team and we are very proud of the fact that every meal served comes from the one kitchen at the hotel, be it a tasting menu, room service or our ever popular Afternoon Tea.
