Canopy Brasserie & Bar is the contemporary heart of the hotel; a social hub where friends unite and a place to make new ones over drinks and delicious food. Canopy Brasserie & Bar provides an array of local & international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and hot beverages which are served throughout the day & into the night, as well as a seasonal menu showcasing the best local ingredients. Gather for the perfect pint, a beloved local whiskey (with world-famous Jameson whiskey distillery on our doorstep) or for a well-constructed cocktail. Canopy’s cocktail menu is crafted by our expert mixologists and is a showcase of both seasonal and signature cocktails. Each morning fresh- from-the-oven scones are enjoyed, followed by a selection of light dining options served throughout the day.

During fine weather guests can enjoy an alfresco spot on Canopy Terrace, overlooking the gardens and surrounded by nature.

There is no requirement to reserve a table, as guests are welcomed to Canopy Brasserie & Bar on a first come first served, walk-in basis.
