In addition to The Chef’s Table at Canopy, Castlemartyr provides a choice of private dining venues.

Private Dining in The Manor House: For a special celebration of distinction, choose to dine in the classical setting of Castlemartyr Resort’s 18th-century Manor House. Groups from 10 to 70 can be accommodated in the elegantly decorated event spaces within The Manor House, which also features the magnificent Knights Bar. Beneath the famous Rococo-style stucco ceiling of Knights Bar, dinner guests at The Manor House can enjoy the magical setting while sipping pre-dinner drinks before retiring to the intimacy of their own private dining room.

The Ballroom at Castlemartyr Resort provides an extraordinarily impressive venue for a larger-scale festive celebration for up to 200 people. It features a stunning triple-height ceiling, unobstructed views and floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walling which floods the room with natural light for a daytime event and, by night, subtly reflects the twinkling candlelight and ambient lighting theme, which can be tailored for each event. This space is ideally suited to a Corporate Christmas party or an association or club Christmas celebration, and with an in-room bar and plenty of space to dance and mingle, event organisers can be confident they will keep the party alight with a sophisticated yet relaxed cabaret atmosphere right through the night.
