Castlemartyr Resort is delighted to host a very special 4 Hands Dinner on Thursday, 27th November, in collaboration with Chef Kevin Burke of the acclaimed Library Street in Dublin.
This exclusive evening will showcase a six-course tasting menu, where each chef will prepare one starter, one main course, and one dessert — combining their distinctive styles and shared passion for creating exceptional dishes with the finest seasonal ingredients.
Library Street, located in the heart of Dublin 2, is renowned for its relaxed city dining atmosphere, vibrant sharing plates, and a dynamic wine list, making it one of Dublin’s most sought-after dining destinations. Together with the Canopy Restaurant at Castlemartyr Resort, this event promises a unique and memorable gastronomic experience.
Join us for an evening of culinary creativity, where two chefs, four hands, and six unforgettable courses come together at the table.
Library Street Chef Kevin said, “I think we have created a special offering at Library Street. Every member of the team lends their personal skill to creating our dishes and menus, so it’s going to be an interesting experience touring what it is we do at another venue. We respect the ingredients, and balance creating delicious flavours with an enjoyable dining experience. It’s about more than the food.”
Dinner is €95 per person with an optional wine pairing of €80.

Details: The set menu is priced at €95.00 per person and an optional wine pairing experience will also be available for an additional €80 per person (please note this set menu will have no customisation for dietary requirements).

About Chef Kevin Burke
A native of Dublin, Kevin studied Culinary Arts at the Dublin Institute of Technology. On graduation, he was offered a position at the renowned Michelin-starred Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud working with head chefs, Guillaume Lebrun and Kieran Glennon. It was here Kevin developed a passion for French cooking and an appreciation of the importance of high-quality produce. He next travelled to London where he took on the position of sous chef at Jason Atherton’s Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social. He later joined Jun Tanaka’s newly opened restaurant, The Ninth, as Head Chef. Within the first year, they gained a Michelin star. Kevin returned to Dublin in 2019 to work alongside Niall Davidson and Hugh Higgins in Allta.
Kevin’s latest venture, Library St, is a contemporary wine bar and restaurant located off South Frederick Street in Dublin. The restaurant’s name is a reference to the name originally intended for the 18th-century street leading down towards the now world-famous library in Trinity College. Library St. also holds a special place in Kevin’s heart, having gotten engaged and had his wedding ceremony in the building prior to taking it over.
