About Kevin Burke & Library Street
Chef Kevin Burke, formerly Head Chef at Michelin-starred The Ninth in London and more recently at Dublin’s Allta, took over Library Street in 2023. Located off South Frederick Street in Dublin 2, Library Street (or Library St.,) is inspired by its historic surroundings and shaped by a distinctly modern Irish culinary philosophy.
The menu focuses on seasonal Irish ingredients and dishes designed to be shared, from fresh-baked sourdough baguette with Abernathy butter, flaggy shore oyster and Bourgoin verjus, merguez lamb sausage, lamb cutlets, crispy rabbit and fondant potatoes.
The wine list champions sustainability, featuring producers and small growers from around the world, with options available by the glass and bottle.
