    Booking confirmation by e-mail / SMS

    You will receive an email confirmation with the reservation and if you wish, you may request that we get by leaving your mobile phone SMS. You can also opt-in to receive further offers and communications from the hotel and our other facilities, golf, health club and spa.


    Cancellation of booking

    To amend or cancel your booking:

    • If booked through our website: You can use the confirmation email you receive from us. To do this, open your confirmation email, then click on the tab at the top that reads “amend booking”, please use this option to amend your reservation.
    • If you made your reservation directly with the hotel, please contact us on 021 421 9000, or at
    • Please note that Self-Catering lodges require a non-refundable deposit, however should you not be able to make your original dates we would be happy to move the date of arrival for you to a later date of your choice, subject to hotel availability.

    Modification of booking

    You can change your dates or other details of your reservation through the confirmation email, or please contact the hotel where you made your reservation.
